The 2003 Artificial Intelligence Dissertation Award sponsored by ECCAI, the European Coordinating Committee for Artificial Intelligence has been awarded to:

for his thesis:
"The Role of Norms and Electronic Institutions in Multi-Agent Systems Applied to Complex Domains. The HARMONIA framework"
This Award includes a certificate signed by the ECCAI Chair and 1.500 Euros (which include the travel grant for the Award ceremony).
The ECCAI Dissertation Award Presentation took place on 27 August 2004 during ECAI-2004 in Valencia, Spain.
